Privacy Policy

Suite is a web browser and personal cinema for Apple Vision Pro. It is built to keep your activity on your device. This policy explains what that means in plain language: what stays private, the few things that are handled by Apple and our subscription provider, and how to reach us.
Who we are
Suite is made by Steven Kleinveld (Skylark), an independent developer. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email steven@skylark.dev.
What stays on your device
Suite is designed so that your activity never leaves your device unless you choose to share it:
- Browsing. The sites you visit, your history, and anything you type into web pages are handled by the on-device web view and stay on your device.
- Your own videos. When you play a video from Photos or Files, Suite reads it on your device to display it. Your videos are never uploaded to us.
- Video preparation. When you send a web video to the big screen, the work of preparing it runs entirely on your device. We do not run a server in the middle.
- Your settings. Your chosen environment, screen size, seating, and lighting preferences are stored locally on your device.
Information handled by others
Subscriptions
Suite Premium is sold as an in-app subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscriptions. To do this, RevenueCat receives purchase and receipt information and an anonymous identifier tied to your purchase, not to your name. We never receive your Apple Account password or full payment details.

Websites you visit
When you browse, your device connects directly to the websites you choose. Those sites have their own privacy practices and may set cookies or collect data under their own policies. That activity is between you and those sites.
App diagnostics
If you have enabled sharing of analytics and crash data in your device settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized diagnostics with us to help fix bugs and improve performance. You can turn this off at any time in your device's privacy settings. Suite does not include third-party advertising or tracking technology.
This website
If you send a message through the feedback form on this website, the message you type and any reaction you select are emailed to us so we can read and respond. We use that only to understand feedback and improve Suite.
Children
Suite is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and rights
Because we do not hold accounts or a database of personal information about you, there is very little for us to retrieve or delete. For anything handled by Apple or RevenueCat, you can manage your subscription in your Apple Account settings, and you can contact us at steven@skylark.dev with any request, including access or deletion, and we will help where we can.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Suite after an update means you accept the revised policy.
